We hope that you enjoy your products. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items. We are happy to provide a full refund for any unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After14 days, all sales are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.

Return Processing

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@purgasmshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return address along with return instructions. We do not cover the return label cost for returned products. We are unable to accept returns that are sent to us without contacting us prior to initiate a return.
